Matthew is very proud and pleased to receive the Barbara Uphill Trophy for Achievement. He now swims independently and regularly swims over 20 lengths each visit.
A smiling Amy receives the Taylor Trophy for Progress in recognition of her achievements this year. Through sheer determination, she has set herself weekly goals and swims independently to reach these.
Presentations 2024
Joshua Madagan was presented with the Taylor Trophy for Progress. Joshua is one of our most regular swimmers who now swims lengths for the whole session and is always good company.
Sophie Thomas, one of our longest serving members, was awarded the Barbara Uphill Trophy for Achievement. Sophie is always smiling and fun to swim with.
We were very sorry to say goodbye to Fern, a loyal and caring volunteer, who left us to go to university. She is pictured here with Sam, another member who has been with us for many years.
